Hong Kong 02
Bo gots up at 7 and hungry, we went to hotel provided breakfast.

We bought the day pass than got on subway to Ki Lung St.

We had delicious dim sum for lunch, than walked to Ex-Sham Shui Po Service Reservoir (Ex-SSPSR).

A Century-Old Reservoir: The Lifeline of Kowloon's Water Supply  The construction of this reservoir stemmed from the water supply needs of Hong Kong in its early days as a port. The former Sham Shui Po Reservoir features stone pillars and red brick arches. Granite pillars paired with red brick arches blend European craftsmanship with Roman features. After its discovery, the Sham Shui Po Reservoir, with its neatly arranged granite pillars, semi-circular arches made of red brick, and concrete arched ceiling, was quickly hailed as one of the few buildings in Hong Kong built in the Roman architectural style. The reservoir is built on Bishop's Hill, with the entire concrete ceiling supported by 108 neatly arranged granite pillars. The red brick arches, which form the soul of its classical style, are constructed using European masonry techniques and imitate the style of Roman public buildings.

We also visited Chuk Un

Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple is one of the most famous temples in Hong Kong, adhering to Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. Its unique "five-element" architectural layout is distinctive. Wong Tai Sin is said to grant all requests, and his fortune slips are very accurate, attracting countless worshippers to pray and draw lots year-round, making it a very popular place of worship.

We took subway to Hong Kong Island to ride street car around.
