Special food-人間美味

This is one of my farvote Chinese food. I have not been making it for 7 years! Since my mom is in town, I had her helpping me and teaching my sis-in-law today.
大概7-8年沒有包棕子了，今天趁著媽媽在，大家一起動手做。

Mt. H-Bo的比賽

Today is the annual Mt. H road race. Bo raced up the mountain than rode back to the start line. He than waited in the car for Bryan to come back to life.
今天是一年一度的Mt. H 比賽，Bo比賽騎過山，再與朋友們一起騎回起點。他的朋友累壞了，倒在旁邊一動也不動！

Baking day-烤蛋糕

I had not been baking for a long time. Mo send me a new cook book for B-day and I love the apple muffins. Shannon ask me to find a stove top baking recipe using my pan. Since I got some free time today, I did a coffee cake and some muffins!
好久沒有烤蛋糕了。球先生的妹妹送我一本食譜，裹面有我最愛的蘋果小蛋糕，我趁著今天有空，趕快做來吃吃。我還用我煮菜的鍋子在爐火上烤了一個蛋糕，兩種都很成功喔！

Bo's sunglasses-新眼鏡

Crazy Bo ask me to go shopping! He hate shopping so it is very special for us to go to the mall. He pick up a new pair biking sunglasses.
從來不逛街的球先生約我去逛街，這難得的機會我可不能放棄。可惜他光在眼鏡店就浩了一個鐘頭，等他買我，其他的店都關門了！

Pot of gold-一道彩虹

We went to have Koren Tofu pot for dinner. After dinner, we saw this beautiful rainbow!
今晚去吃韓國豆腐煲，吃完後走出餐廳看到這美麗的彩虹！

Time with mom-看電視

My brother finally get TV at his place after 9 months! My mom is the first one watching it because Franch opening is on ESPN!
今天下午工人來裝電訊，媽媽第一個享受，因為法國公開賽正在運動台轉撥！

Spin his leg-騎一下車

Bo got on his trainer after dinner tonight. He needs to get his blood flow that will help him recover from his weekend ride.
今晚吃飯後，Bo騎他的車。這可以幫助他的血液循環，使他回復體力。

Shopping-逛街去

My mom meet up with me at Great Mall after work. She find this little shoes in the store. She loves it very much that she is going to get it fir my brother's son!
今天下班後，媽媽坐車來與我在百貨公司見面。媽媽非常喜歡這雙小鞋子，她打算要下次來買給孫子穿！

Lucky guy-幸福的人

Bo want to race thus morning. He got home around 3pm. Watching ToC in bed while eating. What a good life!
Bo說他是一個好命的人，早上去騎車比賽，下午回到家後，他還可以看到最後一場加洲賽的直撥。

Baby R Us- 咚咚店

We wenr to check out car seat and bed for my brother's baby. I never know things are so pricy!
吃完早餐沒事做，大家決定到嬰兒用品店走走，看看這麼多的選擇！

Let's eat cake-大家一起來

I want over to Chiung's house for dinner. We have the famous brunt almond cake from dessert.
今天晚上到哥哥家煮飯和吃飯，飯後還有好吃的蛋糕，這是從一間有名的蛋糕店買回來的，大家都說好吃喔！

B-Day 長尾巴

I had a wonderful day today! It start with blueberry muffin from my co-worker, end it with chocolate cakes! Thank you everyone!
今年有媽媽來和我一起過生日，所以特別幸福。一早同事們為我準備了早餐蛋糕，晚上和媽媽吃飯，Bo送了一大把氣球，朋友家人們送來的許多祝福，真是豐富的一天。

Salty lemon-鹼檸檬

I make this jar of salty lemon last year. My mom like to try it so I finally open it up. I don't like it much, but my mother enjoy it.
去年做的鹼檸檬媽媽來所以開封了，我不喜歡這怪怪的東西，幸好媽愛喝！

Making dumpling-包水餃

My mother and sis-in-law come over tonight for some homemaking food. It is nice to get together to prepare food!
今晚包水餃，這水餃皮是紅蘿蔔汁桿成的，內包好吃的素菜，大家在一起聊天準備食物很好！

Sweet tooth-吃甜食

Monday is Jeff's Donuts day. Phyco donuts is calling me so I went and pick up my farvort Smore donut. It is OK to be bad once a week, right? Yam-O!
週一甜甜圈日，我忍不住買了我最喜歡的瘋狂甜甜圈，偶爾破例一下，可以嗎？

Race again-又再爬山

Today's race finish at Horseshoe madew. It is 8300 feet and the race us 27 miles. You can see the zig zag trials on the mountain.
看到山上彎彎曲曲的山路嗎？今天Bo的比賽就是由這裡出發。山上還有5英尺的積雪。

Mt. Whitney-高山高山Bo來了

First day of the stage race. Today Bo climbed up Mt. Whitney. The race is about 5000ft and 25 miles.
今天是Bo第一場比賽，他今天要騎上這5000英尺的高山，我和媽媽在山腰上為他加油！












We went to check out the rock park in Lone Pine. Bo climbed up the pile of rocks to see the view!
下午比賽完，我們去附近的岩石堆，看看這一些奇特的石頭，Bo和我爬上了石堆。

Road trip-紅石公園

We contiuned our road trip to the Serria. The Red Rock State park is so beautiful.
今天我們繼續我們的路程。這紅石公園好美呀！

IHOP Bakersfield

Road trip again! We are on our way to Mt. Whitney. It's very late when we got to the hotel, the only place open is IHOP beside Denny's.

Guvea and plum power-梅粉配芭樂

I know this might sound very wire for most of you out there, but it actually test very good. I line to eat my fruit with plum power, because the sweet and sour test bring out the sweetness of the nature fruit.
我最喜歡阿姨家的無敵梅粉，那酸酸甜甜的滋味，使水果吃起來更甜。

Simple life-簡單生活

Bo want out for his training ride and I enjoy a relex night by myself. I make myself a tasty dinner with some red wine. Life is good!

Bo去騎車我一個人吃飯，平常我一個人懶得煮飯，可是今晚可不一樣！我做了醋炒白菜，再配上嫩嫩的荷包蛋，一個人享受一下！

5 mins dinner-快速晚餐

I got home very late tonight and didn't feel like going out to eat. I steam some broccoli and tofu, veggie pattie with brown rice. Easy and ready to eat in 5 mins!
今天工作到很晚，回家後又不想出去吃，所以把剩下的糙米與綠花菜，豆腐，還有冷凍的素肉片蒸熱一下，潾上醬油膏，五分鐘就上桌了！

Steam yam bread-做饅頭

I got a day off from bike racing today. After clean up the house, I find some time to play in the kitchen. This sweet bread turn out very good.
因為氣象報告說會下雨，所以今天Bo放我假，不用陪他比賽。在整理好家事之後，我手癢又開始做饅頭。這地瓜饅頭捲看起來不錯吧？！

Rice ball-包飯糰

I stop by my bro's place for a quick lunch. They are make Taiwanese rice ball. It is very easy and simple breakfast food. We just stuff rice ball with veggie. My brother
made a giant rice ball as big as his head! Chia-Wen made some Japanese tofu stuffing for Bo. All the food are very tasty!
今天中午到哥家走走，看到他們準備包飯糰，我就留了不來一起吃！我們的糙米飯糰裏面有紅蘿蔔炒豆亁，小黃瓜，酸菜和素鬆，看看哥包的巨無霸飯糰，真有阿媽的遺傳。佳雯怕Bo吃不慣，還特別幫他包了豆皮壽司，串門子還吃了一頓好料，真棒！

Rice salad-豆腐沙拉

We have this "Amy's creation" for dinner. We got a lit of organic lettus, I want to eat them when it's fresh. I steam some rice and tofu, chop up tomato, onion, avacado and cilantro. I toss everything with peanut dressing.
昨天的農場菜籃中有很多有機生菜，所以我趁著新鮮，做了這到道豆腐沙拉。我蒸了豆腐和一些糙米，切了蕃茄，香菜，葱和酪梨，混合洗乾淨的生菜，淋上花生醬，好吃喔！

Giant Strewberry-超級草莓

Today is our 1st week of extra fruit delevery. I am so surprise to see those giant strewberry! They are so tasty and we live it!
今天是農場蔬果日。因為我們加選了水果，所以有很多草莓。看看這些有機的草莓，又香又甜，好吃極了！

Bo and edamame-毛豆王子

I finally make a trip to Koren market to pick up bags of edamame. Bo loves to have a big pot of deamame for dinner.
Bo最喜歡吃毛豆了，我今天總算有空去韓國超市，一口氣買了12包的冷凍毛豆，回家馬上蒸來吃，瞧他滿足的樣子。

New family member-新家人

Bo told me about the dove nest on our car port. I have not see any dove in there until this morning. It is very lucky for us that the dove family decided to build their family in our house.
Bo告訴我他看到鴿子在我家車庫上築巢，可是我們一直沒看到鴿子媽媽。今天早上出門上班前，總算看到鴿子媽媽。我們覺得很榮幸，鴿子一家人選擇我們家，來延續下一代。

Meatless meatball-簡餐

My friend Robin told me about this meatless meatball from TJS. I can't wait to brought some home last Sunday. It is very tasty and super easy for a quick pasta dinner!
我的朋友介紹我這義大利素肉球，我趕快買了回家試試。加入青椒和紅椒，還有蕃茄罐頭，就成了美味的義大利麵醬，太棒了！
