Dinner time-吃晚飯了！

Tonight we have yammy homemake burrito. It's very easy to make and Bo had 2!
今晚吃墨西哥卷，我用素漢飽加上紅椒和玉米，上面淋上蕃茄沾醬和起司，放入烤箱就成了美味的晚餐了！

Basil plant-九層塔

I finally pick up my annual basil plant from Trader Joe's. Now I can fix pesto for my pasta!
我買回這一盆九層塔，這是義大利品種的，沒有台灣的香，非常適合做蕃茄沙拉，或者拌義大利麵。

Sushi and miso soup-日式晚餐

It's hot today! I didn't feel like fix fancy dinner. We have sushi and miso soup for summer night simple dinner.
今天實在好熱呀！晚餐弄些壽司和味噌湯，簡單清淡又可口。

Cupcake from Haven-天堂來的美味

Tonight the Williams and my bro's come over for dinner. We had bread from Amy's bread and cupcake from Crumbs for desserts. I miss NY!
今晚哥與佳雯到家來吃飯，我們吃紐約帶回來的法國麵包配義大利麵，之後吃這紐約帶回來的小蛋糕，好好吃，好幸福喔！

NYC final-紐約最後一天

After breakfast, we pack up our bags head to Central park for picnic. We had pizza abd sticky bum than walked around the park. We went to FAO, Apple and 5th Ave. We had a lot of fun visiting NY!
今天是在紐約的最後一天，吃完早餐後我們整理好行李就出發到中央公園野餐。吃完了Pizza和甜點後，我們到處逛逛，之後就出發去機場結束充實的紐約行。

NYC day4- 紐約第四天

After breakfast, we took subway to Brooklyn. Bo wants to go check out the hardware store from Satuesday Fever. We went to the local bakery and have the best cheesecake. After checking out the Brooklyn bridge, we went to Chinatown. We had pizza for dinner than walk around time square.
今天又是一個充實的旅遊日，一早座地鐵去布魯客林，這間有名的糕餅店有非常好吃的起司蛋糕。之後在布魯客林橋遠眺紐約市。我們又到中國城走走。晚上吃紐約特別的pizza，這裡的pizza皮很薄很碎。吃完後又去時代廣場逛逛。

Today we got back to NY. We took subway to ground 0 and Wall street. Than went to time square and 5th ave.
今天的行程很充實，我們坐地鐵到911的遺址看那裹的博物館和新大廈的設計工程。之後到紐約証卷交易所看看，最後到布魯客林橋邊走走。回旅館休息一下後，我們走到時代廣場，真是熱鬧，就像東區一樣多人！

NYC day2-紐約第二天

Not doing much today. Bo and 2 co-workers went to visit their jobsite. I spend the day watch Hell's kitchen on my phone. After dinner, they played pool at the hotel labby.
今天沒做什麼，一早Bo就和其他同事一起去開會，我一個人去吃早點，之後就在房間裏看電腦。因為這個地方太鄉下了，什麼都沒得做。他們開了一天會回來後大家一起吃晚飯，之後男生們在旅館大廳打踵球。

NY day1-紐約第一天

We got to JFK around 8am this morning. After got to the city, we had bagel and coffee for breakfast. After that, we went to SoHo and Greenwich vallage. We went to this vegan place for lunch.
今天大約8點到紐約機場，搭車到市區後，我們找了一間咖啡廳吃早點，這貝果超大也超好吃的。之後我們到附近的市區走走，看看這人行道旁種滿了美麗的小花，還有路旁花店漂亮的盆栽。我們到朋友介紹的一間素菜館吃午餐，它們的豆腐三明治和豆子湯不錯，可是壽司沒有我們自己做的好吃。

Big apple-大蘋果

We are on our way to big apple! Bo is going for his business meeting than we will spend 3 days touring around!
紐約,我們來了！今晚我們搭飛機去紐約。Bo要去開會，之後我們可以到處逛逛！忙碌的生活中，可以渡個迷你假！

Bo's bonsai- Bo的園藝

Bo likes to grom our little tree. He does not let the branch grow over the roof and drive way. This morning he brings out his sew and take care of his bonsai.
Bo不喜歡門口的小樹長太大，所以每當樹枝超過屋頂和車道，他就會把小樹修剪一下，我總是笑他把小樹當成日本盆栽照顧！

T2-320公里賽

Bo completed his plan on winning terrible 2. he finished at 11:20. That's very good for a old man!
今天Bo達成他的目標，成為第一位完全今天比賽的選手。今天的路程一共是200Mile, 是320公里，就如同台北到高雄再返回台中的距離，而且是山谷不是平路喔！

Napa -酒城Napa

We are on the road again! Tonight we stay at Napa. Bo is going to do his 200 miles ride tomorrow.
今晚我們住在Napa, 為明天的腳踏車賽做準備。明天的比賽是Bo最喜歡的長程賽，主辦單位會為他們準備水和食物，所以我不用留下來在休息區幫忙，我可以開車到處逛逛！

Strewberry time-吃草莓

It's the farm basket day! Today we get 8 baskets of fresh berry. It smell very good!
今天又是領菜籃的日子，這週我們有8籃的草莓，這草莓非常的香，全家都充滿了這香甜的味道。

Almond-杏仁果

My sis-in-law brought us this bag of Almond. This roast almond is order from the farm. Bo think its very tasty!
今天佳雯帶來這包杏仁果，這是他們公司直接從農場團購，杏仁果裹有許多的蛋白質和好的油脂，Bo說很好吃喔！

Chinese Sweet Soup-甜品

Lotus and red bean soup is very treditional Asian dessert. We like to eat hot sweet soup in the winter and with shave ice in the summer.
今天早上上班前，我泡了蓮子和紅豆，回家後我就煮了一鍋紅豆蓮子湯做甜點。蓮子和紅豆都是很好的食材，適合多吃！

Summer dinner-夏日晚飯

It's hot today! I decided to fix up a simple white bean salad. It has califlower, carrot, clad and white bean, with lemon dressing. It's lite and tasty, good for hot summer diet dinner!
今天好熱呀！Bo為了下週的比賽減肥，所以不吃飯。我準備了這道簡單的豆子花菜涼拌，把紅蘿蔔，洋蔥，白花菜蒸熱一下，拌入豆子，蒜頭，塩，橄欖油和新鮮的檸檬汁，很清涼爽口！

There are 3 bakeries in Bishop. We went to check out all of them. We like the local bakery- Great Basin Bakery the most. They have the best bagels and cookies. Erick's bakery has lot of choose of bread. Raymond's bread is good, but little pricy.
這個山區的小鎮中，居然有三間麵包店，我們都一一的去吃看看。這間最老最大的店裏，有許多不同口味的法國麵包，客人多的不得了。可是我們比較喜歡不起眼的小店中的貝果，還有特別好吃的有機餅乾。
回家的路上我們停下來看看優勝美地的美景，Bo跳進冰水中泡腳！
