Falafel dinner-吃晚飯去！

I finally have chance to take Bo to this famous Falafel place. This old place have been on TV shows. We had their falafel sandwich and it's very good!
今天晚上我們去這間中東店吃飯，不要小看這破舊的地方，它可是上過許多電視的。我們點了它們最有名的三明冶，這口袋形的餅皮中包了好吃的沙拉和豆子球，很多吃喔！

Spring feet-足浴

Why is Bo wearing his PJ out at night? He went to get his feet massage! We drove by this feet massage place so many time, hadn't have time to try it out. How is it? By looking at Bo's sleepy face, I think he loves it!
為什麼Bo晚上穿著睡褲出門呢？原來他是去嘗鮮。這家中國人開的足底按摩店就在家附近，從來沒機會去試試。好不好？舒不舒服呢？看Bo一幅滿足的臉就知道，他一定很快就會再度光臨！我呢？也舒服的差點睡著！

Asian noodles-家鄉味

I want to Asian supermarket with some co-worker during lunch hour. I bought this noodles since I hadn't have instend noodles for a long time. This thin noodles is vegtarian and no MSG.
今天中午我和同事們一起去逛中國超市，我發現這香菇麵線，包裝上說沒有味精又不油炸，我忍不住買回家。好久沒有吃速食麵了！

My rose-我的玫瑰

I planted 2 rose 5 years ago when we bought this house. My roses are doing very well every year.
五年前我們剛買這個房子時，我在後院種了二棵玫瑰。我的玫瑰長得非常好，開了許多的花。Bo看到花開得茂盛，剪了幾朵回來送給我，這可真浪漫哈！

Soup and bread-熱湯配麵包

I went to Costco on my way home. I saw the garlic bread in the store and it's still warm! I had to have one! I made mushroom vaggie soup to go with the yammy bread!
今天回家的路上到Costco買豆醬。我看到這剛出爐的大蒜麵包忍不住買了回家。晚上煮了一鍋蘑菇蔬菜湯，配麵包吃十分對味喔！

Family day-家庭日

I got up early this morning to have breakfast with my bro and sis. We went to Asian supermarket to pick up some food for dinner. We are the first guest at their new house.
今天早上和哥哥與佳雯一起去吃飯團，吃完後發現超市裹的米酒在折價，所以他們抱了一箱回家準備作月子用。晚上我們到他們家去當第一位客人，有好吃的壽司喔！

Jumba juice-水果汁

We love fresh smoothies! After Bo's race today, we stop by to get some smoothies. We love natural's candy!
Bo和我喜歡喝果汁，我除了每天早上為自己打蛋白質果汁外，出門在外，也常到這個果汁店買好喝的水果汁。今天比賽後，我們去買這新鮮好喝的天然甜點。

Friday night out-快樂星期五

Jeff and Taralyn come to visit us tonight. We took them to Olio in downtown Campbell. The food looks beautiful and very tasty. We went to the famous donut shop after dinner for some sweet.
今晚我們帶朋友到Campbell市吃晚餐，這些餐點不只好吃，又美麗！吃完後我們介紹朋友去這新開張的Donut店，店裏有許多好玩的道具，我們玩的很開心！

Natural's gift -天賜之禮

I love CSA day! It's like Christmas day every two weeks for me. It's full of surprise every time when I open the box.
我最喜歡農場日，就好像聖誕節一樣，那種興奮的感覺，在我打開箱子看到這些新鮮的蔬果，昇起到極致。我真好命，能有這些天然的產物！

We love sushi-我愛壽司

Ever since Bo fall in love with sushi, he wants it all the time. It is very easy to make and goes prefect with miso soup!
自從Bo愛上壽司，我們常常自己做來吃。今天的蘆荀壽司配上味噌湯，超簡單又健康！

Orange oatmeal -小蛋糕

I find this recipes tonight to try to use up my orange. I have a lot of orange and it's getting old. This muffin is very healthy it use no oil but applesauce and oatmeal. I have 3 for dinner.
家理有許多的舊橘子，我想趕快把它們用掉，於是我上網找到這個小蛋糕食譜。這小蛋糕很簡單又健康，用橘子汁加上燕麥和蘋果泥，很好吃吔，我一口氣吃了三個當晚餐！

House duty- 做家事

I made Bo work on the house tonight. Since we never home on the weekend, we have to do all the house work during the week. Tonight Bo remove all the seal around the shower and re caulk them.
即然我們每週末都不在家，只好下班後做家事。Bo拖延了兩週後，總算不甘願的整修浴室，看看他那不甘願的臉。每年他總要把浴缸旁的防水膠清除，再塗上新的膠，這樣浴室就可以保持乾淨，不會發霉。

Spring is here-春暖花開

There is a huge orange fram right by the race, the blossom smell very refresh. The weather is very nice and warm. After the race we had Fresh Choice for dinner. It is good to have some healthy food after all the junk we have on the trip:-)!
今天比賽的報到處旁邊是一大片橘子園，橘子花開得很美，空氣中充滿了甜蜜的花香。今天的氣候很好，比賽的場地有許多青翠的山丘。晚上我們去吃沙拉，平衡一下吃了一個週末的垃圾食物。

Pre race party-賽前餐會

We went to the pre racr pasta party tonight. It is great! I can't believe they put out such a good party before the race. Those cookies are so good, Bo had 3!
今晚我們去為明天車賽舉辦的晚餐。雖然只有簡單的義大利麵和沙拉，可是佈置的非常漂亮，可見主辦單位的用心。這些巧克力餅乾真是太好吃了，Bo一次吃了三塊！

Sweet Friday-甜蜜星期五

This is our coffee area for my department at wirk. My co worker bring in a lot of sweet today. The box of donut is from our local famous shop. It's very good!
這是我們部門的咖啡點心區。今天很多同事帶了許多的甜點。這一盒甜甜圈是從附近一家有名的店買來的，偶爾吃一下還好，天天這樣蛋糕甜點的吃，不胖才怪！

Simple dinner-營養簡單

I made salad roll and miso soup for dinner. We got a lot of fresh salad green from our veggie box, I add tofu and roll them up in rice paper. It is so easy and tasty!
今天晚飯吃越南春捲和味噌湯。上週我們的有機蔬菜箱理有許多新鮮的沙拉菜，我把這些菜加入紅蘿蔔，豆腐和麵線，沾上花生醬，就成為簡單的晚餐。

Bocce ball-推球賽

Today is our annual bocce ball game. All the company in the bay area send out their teams to complate and have fun together!
今晚是一年一度的推球比賽，在灣區的同業都派出隊伍一起玩與吃晚飯。晚上的簡餐有Pizza和義大利麵。我們的隊進入了季冠軍，差一點就進入決賽。大家都玩的很開心！

My library -我的圖書館

We live right next to library, I always go there to check out movies and books. I can put books on hold online and pick them up. It is very convenice, there are lots of Chinese title, too!
我們住得這麼近圖書館，我常常好好利用。我常上網預約書籍和電影，等圖書館通知再去領，非常方便，而且有許多中文書喔！

I love Asparagus-吃蘆荀

Asparagus is in season and I can eat them everyday. I like to stir fry them with oyster sauce! It's so easy and tasty!
我很喜歡吃蘆筍了，趁著現在是產季，所以很便宜，隨便切切炒炒，加一點豪油，就非常可口，我一人就可以吃一大盤。

Apple cake-烤蛋糕

We got our first share of farm vagetable on Thursday. It came with some apple. I baked a applesauce cake used those apple tonight.
本週四我領回我第一份的有機蔬果，裏面有一袋蘋果，今天晚上我用這些蘋果烤了一個蛋糕。明天早上我要打草莓蛋白質果汁喝，真好！

Busy day-豐富的一天

This morning we drove to Monterey for bike race. We passed by a lot of artichoke farm. We stop by road side stand and pick up some.
今天早上我們開車往南去比賽，路上經過一大片薊花果園，我們停車下來買了一些。

I fixed leek and vagetable soup for dinner. I used my pot to cook the soup while steam some artichoke. This two in one pot save time and engry.晚上我煮蔬菜湯，用我的兩用鍋，在隔層上蒸薊花果，省事，省瓦斯又保留營養。

Beside all the vaggie, I also make some sweet yam. I heat up the pot with little water, than steak the pot on top of each other. The heat from the soup pot transfer to contiune steam the yam.
除了主菜外，我還準備了蜂蜜地瓜。地瓜切塊後加入一點水，鍋子熱了後，就可以疊在湯鍋上繼續加熱，這疊疊鍋可從底層加熱，熱力可以傳達到上層喔！
