Busy day-豐富的一天







This morning we drove to Monterey for bike race. We passed by a lot of artichoke farm. We stop by road side stand and pick up some.
今天早上我們開車往南去比賽,路上經過一大片薊花果園,我們停車下來買了一些。












I fixed leek and vagetable soup for dinner. I used my pot to cook the soup while steam some artichoke. This two in one pot save time and engry.晚上我煮蔬菜湯,用我的兩用鍋,在隔層上蒸薊花果,省事,省瓦斯又保留營養。









Beside all the vaggie, I also make some sweet yam. I heat up the pot with little water, than steak the pot on top of each other. The heat from the soup pot transfer to contiune steam the yam.
除了主菜外,我還準備了蜂蜜地瓜。地瓜切塊後加入一點水,鍋子熱了後,就可以疊在湯鍋上繼續加熱,這疊疊鍋可從底層加熱,熱力可以傳達到上層喔!









Dinner is ready! Yam-O!
這就是成品了,薊花果一片片撥下來,只吃下面嫩的部分,沾點大蒜奶油,還不難吃。
