Mother's love-愛的酥餅

Shannon brought me this Taiwanese pie from my mother. It is very tasty because it full of my mother's love!
好捨不得吃這唯一的文旦柚酥！它是媽媽買的，學姊坐飛機帶回來的，為這義意不凡的柚子酥，加入更多的愛！

柚子酥是里仁特別的新產品，在八八水災後，很多還沒有成熟的柚子在風雨中，打落地。里仁出面收購這些風災品，為辛苦的農民解除困境。這些風災的柚子做成果醬，包在酥餅中。媽媽說大家知道這特別的酥餅，都紛紛購買，沒有緣份的人還買不到呢！

Cherry blossom-花季

I love this time of the year! In the corner of my street, there are some cherry tree. Every year this time, those tree will have beautiful blossom.
我最喜歡這個季節了！每年這個時侯，家旁邊博物館的花園，就會開滿了美麗的櫻花，每天下班開車經過時，都能享受這美景。

Sushi night-吃壽司喔！

Those might not be the best looking sushi, but it is very tasty! It remind me of my childhood, because my grandmom alwasy made us sushi when we went to picnic.
這也許不是最漂亮的壽司，但是可以滿足我的呵望。這裡的日本餐廳不少，但價格都不低，加上Bo不喜歡那濃厚的魚腥味，我們一直沒去吃壽司。一直到上次去LA，我說服Bo嚐試一下，他才能接受海苔的味道。今天我自己捲壽司吃，裹面有蘆荀，蛋，紅蘿蔔和牛油果，真是好吃極了，我也順便告訴Bo我童年的回憶，奶奶總是包壽司讓我們帶去野餐！

Weekly picnic-郊遊露營

This is what I do for my weekend. Bo will be riding his bike in the central valley and I will spend time in the feedzone. I actually like it a lot because I can have time day dreaming.
這是我每週末打發時間的樣子。Bo會去他的比賽，我會在補水站等他。事實上，我蠻喜歡荒郊野外，我帶著我的水果飲料，看著天寬地廣做白日夢，很幽閒的。

Angel's camp-青蛙城

This week we stay at Angel's camp for our weekend race. This is a cute little town. They hold the annual forg jump event in the summer, we saw a lot of frog decor in town. The winner of the year will get into the hall of the frame in the side road.
這個週末我們到這個可愛的小鎮比賽，每年夏天，這裡舉辦青蛙跳遠比賽，冠軍的青蛙能在小鎮的走廊上，留下一名之地吔！所以小鎮到處可見青蛙的形影。

Drive thru yogurt-不用下車吔！

I have to stop by this dairy every time we drive by Planstant. This place has the best frozen yogurt and you don't need to get out of your car!
每回經過這個小城，我們一定會停下來這間小店。這有什麼特別呢？不用下車就可以買新鮮的牛奶和冰淇淋！夠特別吧！

Jobsite-去工地

I spend all my working hour dealing with construction. This picture I took today at jobsite is a good example. Nomally people only see sink and fixture, but I see drain and vent. The copper pipe in the picture are vents, they play an important part in plumbing system.
水管線路是我天天要接觸的工作，這是我今天在工地拍的照片，圖中的銅管是排氣管，它在建築的線路中，佔有很重要的地位，如果設計中沒有它，房子裹會充滿臭氣，還會造成水流不通喔！

What a different-好太的改變

This show how my house get transform. I love my new front door. The glass panel can slide up and down with screen attach to it.
看看這兩張照片就能比較出新門的美麗，簡單大方而且實用。這玻璃窗可以上下移動，打開時背後還有紗窗，非常好用，隔音又好，真是太棒了！

New door-新面目

Bo finally find time to do house project! We saw this new front/screen door at homedepot last week and brought it home. It make the house looks much better!
我們家換新門喔！從搬到這個家起，我們都一直對家理的黑鐵門看不順眼，總覺得它又舊又破。上週在店裹看到這兩用的安全門，Bo就決定要為我們的家改頭換面。結果實在太棒了！我們家一下子就煥然一新！明天照張清楚的給大家瞧瞧！

More animal- 更多玩具

A lot of our friends know Bo loves kitty. We found this kitty at our shed. It was from our friend. Now we have a new addition for the family!
今天回家後發現這隻貓，原來是我們的朋友知道Bo喜歡，特別買來送他的，看來我們家的玩具又多了一個成員！

Heartland in SoCal-心田

Before we started our last racing day, we had time to check out this vegatarian market and kitchen. I wish we have something like this in my area!
今天趁著比賽前有一些時間，我們到南加福智的心田超市買東西。雖然沒有台灣里仁店的豐富選擇，可是我很興奮能吃到好吃的素菜。中午特餐有三菜配上五榖飯或米粉，週末還有特別的紅燒麵，我全部都買來吃吃看。很可惜北加沒有這些東西，不然他們的有機蔬菜水果訂購比我的農場直銷看起來更好又便宜。

Ear piecing - 穿耳洞

After the bike race, we went to Riverside to visit mt family. After the dinner, we went to do some shopping. My neice gether ear pieced.
今天比賽後，就和二哥一家人一起吃晚飯，吃完後就到旁邊的商店走走，妹妹決定要穿耳洞，所以我們就在一旁觀看，女生們忙著照相留念時，二哥專心的簽家長同意書，看看兩姊妹情深，真可愛！

Bug bits-被咬了

I hate bugs! I always have bad reaction to bug bit. I put in lot of insect spary yesterday at Ojai but still get 10+ bits! We got together with my relative for dinner.
我最怕被蟲叮咬了！雖然我昨天噴了很多防蟲劑，還是被咬了！看看多嚴重呀！晚上和慧娟姊一家人一起吃飯。

Traveling day-旅程

We had a woderful road trip. We got up at Ojai, has breakfast with Mom and Mo in the back yard. Than visiting Opa and Oma. On the way to LA, we stop by this honey farm for honey tasting.
今天一早，在Ojai家的後院與Bo媽和Bo妹一起吃早餐後，就到爺爺奶奶家拜訪。現在是橘子成熟的季節，所以我們採了很多爺爺家的橘子路上吃。在去LA的路上，經過了這間蜂園，我們趕緊停車下來看看，還可以試吃蜂蜜吔！真是豐富的行程！

Dikon cake -蘿蔔糕

I learned to make this rice cake from my aunt during my Taiwan trip. I finally have time make it and it turn out so good!
昨晚終於有時間做蘿蔔糕，搬出果汁機，打蘿蔔泥後，不太能拿捏水和粉的比例。蒸了好久，希望能成功。今天拿出來切好，吃了一口，哇！真不錯！趕快叫佳雯來一起共樂樂！

Laundry day-洗衣日

Why is Bo doing laundry? Because he loves to be clean, not! He is running out of riding clothes and his wife has no time to take care of it! He needs to do be on his won!
千萬不要覺得我在偷懶，或想Bo是超級好男人。只因為Bo太會製造髒衣服，我洗都來不及，所以想要有乾淨的衣服，他只能自己動手做了！

Lunch out-去吃午餐吧！

Today I went out lunch with my co-workers. We love to go to this Indian place close to office. I got this lunch special with nann bread for only $7!
今天好不容易比較不忙，所以我和幾個同事一起去吃午餐，我們很喜歡這間印度餐廳，這一大盤的東西，只要七元！便宜又好吃！

Breakfast at stacks

We got together with Chelsea for breakfast in downtown Campbell. Chelsea and I shared the fruit crepe, life is good!
今天早上我們帶恩恩一起去吃早餐，我們去Campbell市中心的美式早餐店，我點了我最喜歡的水果可麗餅。

Party time- 朋友聚會

Today we have a low key dinner party with our friends. It is so nice to have many good friend around.
今天我們請一些好朋友到家理吃飯，我準備了簡單的晚餐，我們的朋友帶來5週大的Baby, 有一群好朋友，真是不錯！

Everyday face-平凡的幸福

It's Bo- 太冷了

It is very cold today. I found Bo hugging our heater on the ground. Only him will do this kind of crazy act!
今天好冷喔！我回家發現Bo抱著電熱器，躺在地上睡著了，也只有他會做出這種舉動！

Guest bed- 客房

After a long search, we finally settle on our guest bed. This twin size daybed can convert into king size bed.
考慮了很久，我們終於買了這個客人床。這單人床下藏有另一個單人床，所以平時不佔太多位置，但是客人多時，可以打開，下層可以彈高，並排變成雙人床，很實用吔！

Playground- 遊樂園

My living room turn into play ground lately. After Bo's bike and Picachu, I brought home two Hello Kitty pillow. It is a happy place!
我的客廳越來越熱鬧了！除了Bo從公司綁架回來的皮卡丘和他的腳踏車，現在又多了兩個Kitty抱枕，真是一個快樂的天地呀！

Miso soup- 味噌湯

Bo is crazy about miso soup lately. He has been asking me prepare miso soup 3 days in the row. It's very easy to make and healthy.
Bo迷上了味噌湯，一連三天都指定要喝湯，想想也好，海帶可去幅射，豆腐有蛋白質，低熱量又營養。

Almond trees- 杏仁花

Right next to today's race course is a big almond farm. All the flowers is blooming very beautiful. The only bad part is too many bees!
吃杏仁有沒有看過杏仁花呢？今天比賽的地點，位於一大片杏仁園，這花海雖然美麗，可是太多蜜蜂了，Bo就被叮了兩口！

Italian dinner-吃晚飯

We are out of town for race this weekend. We went out to have dinner with Bo's teammate.
我們去南方的一個小城比賽，下午比完後，大家一起吃飯。這間義大利餐廳的東西很不錯！

Spring is coming-春天到了

My garden is doing very well this year. After all the rain, my plants are blooming very well.
看看我種的海芋，很漂亮吧！這是我前年種下的種子，今年長的好茂盛喔！

Blue sky- 不一樣的天空

I took this pictute on the way to work this morning. The sky is very blue and the mountain is very green. The view is so different from Taiwan.
這是我今早上班的隨手拍，照片上也許看不出來，但是美麗的藍天和綠油油的山胍，跟台灣的景象很不相同。

Fly across the ocean-飛行過海

It is a long day for me today, I travel from one home to another. This is what I had on the plant, all the vagetarian meal are very tasty for this trip. I saw half of the people travel with paper box instead of suitcase. Is that the new fashion since the weight limit for lagguage is getting lower? Box is lighter than suitcase!
今天是很長的一天，我從台灣的家飛到美國的家。在飛機上享用了好吃的速食。下機後看到一半以上的人，居然用紙箱來裝行理，這些越南人還真是聰明呀！紙箱比行理箱輕了很多，用完後丟棄不佔位置，可是真是有些難看呀！
