Dikon cake -蘿蔔糕

I learned to make this rice cake from my aunt during my Taiwan trip. I finally have time make it and it turn out so good!
昨晚終於有時間做蘿蔔糕，搬出果汁機，打蘿蔔泥後，不太能拿捏水和粉的比例。蒸了好久，希望能成功。今天拿出來切好，吃了一口，哇！真不錯！趕快叫佳雯來一起共樂樂！
