Dinning table-新餐桌

We finally got our dining table. After we move our old table to SF, I spend a lot of time search for the perfect table for our small space. This table can expand to sit 10 ppl!
經過兩個月的思考，我們終於買了新的餐桌！這張桌子可以打開成為兩倍大，容納10個人！平常時玻璃的桌面看起來不佔位子！

Nectarian-桃子

I love nectarian! It's much better than the hairy peach. The white nectarian is a lot sweeter than white!
我最喜歡吃白油桃，它沒有水蜜桃毛毛的皮，一樣有水蜜桃的香甜，尤其白桃沒有黃桃的酸味！

Hot hot hot-好熱喔！

It's so hot today, I don't feel like eating dinner. Foryo is good for hot evening!
實在是太熱了！我連飯都吃不下，只有想到吃優格冰！

What's for dinner-晚飯吃什麼？

It's very hot today, we decided to go got some yammy salad. We live Fresh Choice since it's very close to us and have lot of good choose of veggie and froyo!
今天很熱，我們決定去吃沙拉吧！這間沙拉吧離家最近，不只有好吃的沙拉，還有熱湯和水果，更有我們小朋友最愛的冰淇淋！

Baking time-烤蛋糕

Racing season is over and the weather is getting cold, I start baking. I bake some apple muffins tonight since u got a lot of apple from my veggie box!
天氣漸漸涼快，賽季也結束了！上週的蔬果箱中，有很多有機蘋果，今晚我烤了一些蘋果蛋糕，明天可以和同事們分享！

Visiting Karen

We stop by SF house than went to Berkery to visit Karen. I had yammy lunch and walk around campus. Karen had great time playing and taking pictures with baby Alex!
不小心把這篇日記洗掉了，只好從寫--今天與大家一起到舊金山去看我們的新家，之後去伯克萊看Karen.我們吃了好吃的義大利餐後，就到校園走走，Karen很喜歡子信，為他拍了很多相！

Visit jobsite-工程探訪

Finally get a break from busy week, I want to check out my design at the jobsite. It's very amazon to see my design come to life!
經過忙碌的一週，今天總算有時間鬆口氣，趁著有空，就到工地去看看，有一些驕傲看到自己的設計成為真正的建築！

Veggie lunch-素菜飯

Today I took my co-worker to try Taiwanese food. This is what I have and it's very yammy!
今天我請同事吃午餐，她想要嘗試台灣菜，所以我帶她去吃排骨飯，我自己點了素菜飯，還不錯喔！

Special lunch- 豐盛午餐

I woke up super early to fix myself specail lunch! This is very simple but quick Chinese noodles with sunny side up egg and vegetable.
這便當有什麼特別呢？我早天特別早起，準備了這個美味的煎蛋配麵線，加上筍干和青菜，不錯吧！早上做好，到中午不用熱就很好吃喔！

Cupcake time- 小蛋糕

Today my co-worker make me chocolate cupcake! It's very good with my morning coffee!
今天一早同事就送我一個小蛋糕，是巧克力口味加上椰子奶油，不錯吃，尤其是來自一個男生！配上咖啡，就成了我的早餐！

EZ dinner- 簡餐

Before I went visit Alex, I cut up zichinni, patato and add cherry tomato. Mix them with oil and spice, bake it in the toast oven. Yamm!!
今晚去看子信前，我切了義大利瓜和馬菱蜀，加入小蕃茄，和了油和香料，放入烤箱半小時，吃前放上加司，簡單又好吃！

Busy busy busy -忙忙忙

After Henryville RR, we went to Oakland for Bo's family celebration BBQ! His curson is getting marry at the SF city hall tomorrow!
今天比賽一結束，我們馬上開車到奧克蘭去參加Bo的家庭聚餐，因為他的表弟明天就要到舊金山的市政府登記結婚。照片中右方穿格子的就是新郎，旁邊黑衣的是新娘，左側敬酒的是新郎的哥哥！

Almost done-快結束了

This is the final road trip for me for season 2010! After this morning's racing, we drove to corning for tomorrow's race. We stay in hotel room watch chick movies!
今天早上起床後，我們開車3小時往北準備明天的比賽，這是我們這季最後一次比賽，下週Bo自己和朋友去最後一場。我們到旅館後就休息看電視！

Sushi time-吃壽司

We finally have time to spend a night at our SF house. We found this Japanese place with lots of veggie selection!
我們總算有機會到新家住一晚！今天下班後，我們打包行李回＂家＂，我們發現在新家附近的一間日本速食店，有許多素壽司，看來住城市有住城市的好處，吃飯方便！

Ez dinner- 簡單晚餐

I fix this super healthy noodles salad. It has lots of fresh veggies and wheat noodles. The only fatty part is the Penutian butter sauce.
今天晚飯吃蔬菜沙拉和風麵。紫色高麗菜，小黃瓜，紅蘿蔔，豆乾和四季豆，加上喬麥麵，淋上好吃的花生涼麵醬，好吃喔！

Yogert time- 吃冰去！

We went for walk after dinner. There is a new ice cream shop in downtown, we went to check it out!
今晚吃飽後，我們去散步。Campbell市中心開了一間新的冰淇淋店，我家的小朋友點了一份來吃吃！

Yam-O! 好吃喔！

Our friend gave us some home grow zuchini and tomato. I use the zuchini to make yammy cupcake!
今天同事送我他自己種的蕃茄和義大利瓜，我順手把義大利瓜做成小蛋糕，明天可以帶給同事分享！

Havest time-收成時

Bo ran inside the house with hand full of tomatos! It's havest time! The fresh tomato tast very yammy!
Bo興沖沖的跑進廚房，手上拿著剛剛才採下來的小蕃茄，我們分著吃這最新鮮的美味！

Sticky rice- 滿月油飯

In Chinese traidition, we need to send out sticky rice to friends and family to annouancy the safe and healthy arrival of new baby after full month. Today I help to prepare the rice package.
今天一早就去哥家準備做油飯，鍾媽準備了紅紙裝飾，他們帶著子信送去給他們的朋友，謝謝大家的祝福。

Jumping house-氣壓床

We went to friend's house for party tonight. There is a swing and jumping. I didn't know how but everyone swing and jumping into the air mattress!
今天下午到朋友家烤肉，不知道為什麼，一群小朋友發明了由丘牽上跳入氣壓床的新年玩法，Bo也來試試看！

Stuff the unicon-塞糖果

We are going to our friend's place for BBQ tomorrow. We prepare this cute unicon for birthday gift for Bo's 52 years old friend!
明天我們要去朋友家烤肉，順便為這52歲的主人慶生，Bo忙著在這紙獨角獸的肚子塞糖果，準備送給壽星！

Veggie Thursday- 蔬果日

Thursday again! The veggie box is full of leffy green and yammy berry.
又到有機箱的快樂週四，今天箱裹有許多綠色的葉菜，蕃茄，蘋果，草莓和小紅莓！

Cookies-吃餅乾

Bo loves chcoclate chip cookies! Our new neighbor brought over a plate of hot cookies!
我們的房客烤了一盤巧克力餅乾送我們，Bo馬上倒了一杯豆漿，配上剛出爐的餅乾，瞧他開心的表情！

Yammy dinner-好吃的晚飯

Our friend come back from New York and brought a cheesecake for me. I fixed up easy pasta with green bean and fresh corn for dinner.
朋友從紐約回來帶了一個起司蛋糕送我，所以我準備了簡單的義大利麵，配上四季豆請他吃，飯後大家一起吃蛋糕。

Alex at one month -子信滿月

Alex is one month old now! He change so much.
子信長胖好多，看看他，像不像可愛的糜樂佛？圓圓的雙下巴，洗澡時要用手撥開洗！佳雯的奶都快不夠喝了！

Boat club-渡假去！

After the race yesterday, we drove to our friend's boat club for our weekend. We stayed in the RV and went for boat ride.
昨天比賽後，我們去朋友的渡假村過週末。我們睡在這高級的旅行車內。今早吃完早餐後，大家就坐船去溪中玩，我們最愛這碰碰拖船了，剌激又好玩！

Beautiful road-美麗樹林

I like today's race course a lot! It has lots of beautiful trees.
這是今天比賽的起點，有許多高大的樹林，這是我們非常喜歡的地方。我趁著Bo騎車時，走走呼吸芬多精！

On the road-旅行

Couple more race to wrap up this season. We head up to Yuba city after work for tomorrow.
剩下幾場比賽，這個賽季就要結束了！今天下班後我們開車到這個離家四個小時的小鎮準備明天的比賽。

Ramen dinner-吃拉麵

We finally have time to take a break. After check out the dinning table, we went to have noodles for dinner.
今晚總算有時間鬆口氣，我們去看看餐桌，之後去吃拉麵。最後去看子信，跑來跑去忙碌的一週又很快就過去了！

What the -什麼呀

The Fredricks bake me a special loaf of bread for Bo to bring home to me. Somehow halh of the bread went missing before I got it.
今天同事烤了一個麵包要Bo帶回家給我，可是我打開後只有半條，Bo這郵差居然偷吃我的禮物！
