Protein drink-蛋白奶
Since we are vegetarian, it is very important to have enough protein. We have 2 cup of protein shake everyday, one for breakfast and one in the evening. 吃素的人常常缺乏蛋白質,可是蛋白質在人體中占有很重要的地位,能使細胞有彈性,減少脂肪,使肌肉有彈性。我們每天喝二杯蛋白奶,每次兩湯匙!
