Yummy yogurt- 多益的甜點
I love yogurt! Not only it has tons of "good" bacteria, but also protein, calcium, vitamin B-2, B-12, potassium, and magnesium. I like to have plain yogurt with honey, it's so good! 我喜歡吃優格,不只因為它有許多的營養素,還對身體有許多幫助,可以預防高血壓,強健骨骼,幫助消化。我喜歡加一點蜂蜜當甜點吃。
