Quick and healthy- 薑汁拌麵




This is what we ate for dinner. I name it "sesame ginger noodles salad". Basically it is a big bowl of lettuce, cucumber, bell papper, tofu and homemade noodles with my special soy-ginger dressing.
好像每天都是有關吃的報導!今晚吃麵沙拉,就是一大碗的生菜混合煮熟的波菜麵,淋上薑汁,醬油與麻油。懶人的晚餐,但是非常可口呦!
