Artisan bread-法國麵包




I love fresh bread and alway thinking about making some. I found the artsian recipes and it seem very easy. I mixed the flour with yeast, water and salt yesterday. An hour before put them in the oven, I shaped it into a ball and let it rest. 20 mins later I have fresh bread. It is very easy and tasty!
我一直很想自己做法國麵包,終於有空試試。這個麵團需要提早一天準備好,冰在冰箱理慢慢發酵,烤前拿出要用的份量整理成形,20分鐘後就有好吃的法國麵包了,真是簡單又好吃!
