SFO>Chicago(over night)>London>Lisbon
原來擔心芝加哥大雪飛不進來，沒想到早上出太陽，三潘市出發平安無事，芝加哥到了下午風雪侵襲，要來載我直飛去葡萄牙航空飛機下不來....在貴賓室吃吃喝喝，等了六個小時航班宣部取消！
這時候好的信用卡真的很棒，背著包包先去找旅館，等飯吃的時候連絡航空公司和取消已經訂好的里斯本旅館和行程。
睡了一覺起來，再次出發去芝加哥機場，今天小雨，應該沒問題了！改搭上联合航空的飛機，到倫敦等四小時轉葡萄牙航空到里斯本。
終於到達里斯本之後，我們決定與其搭車20分鐘，我們走50分鐘路進城，這樣可以運動一下消耗連續在貴賓室吃吃喝喝兩天的熱量。
到旅館休息一下再出發吃晚餐，里斯本的海鮮很有名。
Two days before the trip, I got email form AA warning me about the snow storm in Chicago. I was worried about the bad weather in Chicago will delay our fight in from SFO. 7AM We took off on time and weather seems nice when we landed 12 at ORD. We went to the lounge to wait for our direct fight from Portugal came in at 4PM. Couple hours later, it started to snow....and it snow worst....Our flight circles above Chicago but can’t land. Another hour went by and the plane ran out of fuel and got re-direct to Milwaukee.....now what?? We waited and waited, hoped it will came back after refill so we can start our trip at 6:30PM. About 11PM, after 5 hours of delayed, Air Portugal announced the flight cancelled.
We went to hotel and contacted airline for rebooking while we wait for our dinner.
We got rebook to United the next day but need to transfer thru London.
We finally arrived Lisbon after all and 31 hours behind our schedule! We decide to took a 50 mins walk from the airport instead of ride to burn off the two days of lounge eating and drinking.
