We are celebrating the Lunar New Year in Vegas this year. I still steamed the steamed Fa gao(sponge cake, symbolism: prosperity) and Turnip cake(symbolism: good fortune), but this year I baked Nian gao (coconut milk sticky rice cakes, symbolism: more prosperous year).
