We enjoyed having coffee on the back porch with Frits and Sandy in the morning then headout for a long walk. Hamburger University is a training facility at the McDonald's Corporation global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. It instructs high-potential restaurant managers, mid-managers and owner-operators in restaurant management. It offers an international menu that changes every two months. We got to try the new plant base burger and it was very tasty. 

早上起床後我們在後院與 Frits 和 Sandy 一起喝咖啡，然後出去晃晃走走。漢堡大學是位於伊利諾伊州芝加哥的麥當勞公司全球總部的培訓機構。它指導餐廳管理中的高潛力餐廳經理、中層經理和業主經營者。它提供每兩個月更換一次的國際菜單。我們嘗試了新的植物漢堡，非常好吃。

We also took a break to get a milk shake. Bo loved his cookies and cream milk shake.

When we walked by the river walk, we saw a man catch a 34 inch long 22lb GIANT fish from the rock river!

The weather report was wrong and it never rained. We were able to enjoy the nice breeze and greenery city.

Sandy, Frits, Bo and I had a nice evening together.
