今天Bo又出去騎了一整天的車，今天騎了165公里Bo went out for another long bike ride today. Girona area has great road conditions and nice scenery.
我今天規劃的跑步路線非常棒，沿著河邊跑，溫度和景色都不錯，跑完回家休息清洗後，為自己準備非常豐富的沙拉，鮮蝦火腿炒飯和煎雞肉串！
I found a nicer path to run today. Temperature is perfect. I prepped myself delicious lunch.
傍晚的居然開始下起小雨，幸好Bo已經快要到家了！等他休息完洗澡後，我們走去老城吃飯，等待食物的時候，小雨居然變成傾盆大雨，老城也顯現出不同風貌。幸好吃完飯雨就停了，我們又漫步回家。
It started to rain in the late afternoon, luckily Bo was almost done with his ride. We headed to town center for dinner. While we waited for our food, it started to rain very hard! It’s great to see the old town in a different view!
