Svolvær/ Lofoten
趁著不早上去領租車的時間，我匆匆地吃完了早餐。這個鬆餅是挪威人特別的鬆餅，上面有挪威特有的咖啡色的起司配上酸奶！將羊奶乳清中的水煮沸，使糖焦糖化。將所得的糊狀物冷後，就得到了真正的挪威棕色起司。
Weile Bo picked up our rental car, I enjoyed the traditional Norway brown cheese( The water from the whey of goat’s milk is boiled down, which caramelises the sugars. The resulting gloop is left to cool and you've got yourself some real Norwegian brown cheese.) with sour cream on my waffle.
收完行李上車之後我們就出發往南走，先經過昨天爬的纜車高山，今天的霧好大，連山頭上的纜車站都看不到！
After low up the car, we head south to our next destination. The weather was overcast, we can’t even see the train station that we hike up yesterday.

羅弗敦群島位於北緯68到69度之間，在挪威以其自然風景而著名。Lofoten has distinctive scenery with dramatic mountains and peaks, open sea and sheltered bays, beaches and untouched lands.
到了接下來幾天住的民宿之後，我們休息一下就準備簡單的義大利麵晚餐吃，我的義大利麵上的魚餅是挪威倫特別的食物，吃起來就很像我們的甜不辣一樣。旁邊配上了兩根熱狗是麋鹿肉做出來的喔！
After checking to the B&B, we rise up and prepared easy pasta dinner。I try out the traditional fish cake in reindeer hotdog。
