今早出門逛街回家的路上，我和Bo還在開玩笑說以後中午1:30絕對不能出門，因為西班牙的人都趕著回家吃午餐，所以交通非常的堵塞。回家的路上我們想要吃冰淇淋，所以跑去超市，這個時候發現天呀！大家都在搶購食物是發生什麼事了？！找到一個會講英文的小姐才告訴我們說整個西葡兩國都大停電，導致交通堵塞和大家搶購食物！我當下傻了眼，開始擔心在兩天之後回美的行程會不會受到阻礙。反正既然發生了只能聽天由命，所以搬回家了一些麵包和牛奶準備抗戰。吃完燭光晚餐之後，我們沒事做只好睡覺去。剛剛被滿室的燈光亮醒，電真的回來了！！太好了，日子又回復文明了。
On the way home from shopping this morning, Bo and I were joking that we should never go out 1:30PM because everyone in Spain is rushing home for lunch, so the traffic is very congested. We stopped by supermarkets to pickup ice cream, and found crazy amount of people with carts fully loaded! “What happened that everyone is rushing to buy food? ! “ We found a lady who could speak English and she told us that there was a power outage in both Spain and Portugal, causing traffic jams and everyone rushing to buy food! I was stunned at the moment and began to worry whether my trip back to the US in two days would be hindered. Anyway, since it has happened, we can only leave it to fate, so I brought some bread and milk home to prepare for the blackout. After the candlelight dinner, we had nothing to do but go to bed. I was just woken up by the lights in the room. The electricity is really back! ! Great, life is back to civilization.
