2021 RETIREMENT ROAD TRIP
We got up at 7:30 and went down to the lobby for our breakfast. Due to Covid there was only muffins and coffee. I had a blueberry muffin which was very tasty but it put me back to sleep for another two hours. We then headed outdoors to find alligators. There was a National Preserve close by. We set out on the only trail and in 45 min we had made a loop and ended up back at the car. We only saw water and wetlands. We saw a parking lot and people fishing on the other side of the road so we made our way over there. There were alligators in the water just lounging around right next to the parking lot. Mission completed.
吃完早餐之後，Bo睡了回頭覺，我趁著這個機會整理一下車子。等他起來之後，我們出門找鱷魚。步道走了一圈之後，除了看到白鷺斯和各種不同顔色的蜻蜓之外，找不到鱷魚的影子！回到停車場看到馬路對面有一個小公園，居然在這裡看到小鱷魚！
After we found alligators, we head to NeW Orleans.
找到鱷魚之後，我繼續往東到紐奧良過夜。這個位于路易斯安那州南部的港口城市，紐奧良因為其數目眾多的法式建築、克里奧爾美食和豐富的音樂形式（爵士樂的誕生地）而聞名，也被人稱為「美國最獨特的城市」。我不是很喜歡這個城市，因為很多黑人，而且到處都是大麻的味道⋯⋯
