2021 RETIREMENT ROAD TRIP

Today we drove from Selina KS to Denver CO. All sunny and many Farms along the way.
今天又是一個長途開車的日子，沿途都是一望無際的田，有的種麥草，有的是一大片的牧草，還有一大片的玉米田。我們停下來加油時，我去旁邊的玉米田照像，Bo說這些玉米已經過季不收，等著乾枯堆肥了，也不知道是不是真的.
For dinner we went to parking lot full of food trucks and it was all Mexican food. Very authentic! The tortillas were hand made with your order. Amy, the professional food critic, said it was the best Mexican food she ever had and that’s where we will eat tomorrow.
到了科羅拉多州後，我們先去加油再去旅館。加油的路上發現一大區的餐車，我們決定晚餐就在這解決！天呀！這個墨西哥塔口是我這輩子吃過最棒的！它的皮是現桿的，夾入牛肉和起司用油煎的金黃！配上洋蔥，黃瓜和粉紅色的醃洋蔥，真是人間美味！杯子裏的是附餐的牛肉湯。Bo吃起司煎餅，也是現場桿的餅皮。這地方就像台灣的夜市一樣，因為天色已漸漸昏暗，人不多.
